7 new starters in 6 months allows high levels of service to be maintained
Trace Payroll Services has experienced continued growth in 2006 and have recruited seven new members of staff as a result.
Michael Rowland has joined as a section manager to oversee the Managed Payroll service to customers of Trace Payroll Services. Michael has 7 years payroll experience gained as part of both a multi client bureau for small businesses then from working with a major outsourcing company dealing with multiple payrolls for a large international client. Michael also has 10 years of experience within a tax environment (on both sides!) having worked for the Inland Revenue and a top ten firm of accountants. Section Managers at Trace Payroll Services meet regularly with Managed Payroll clients to ensure the service they are receiving is of the highest quality.
New additions to the Managed Payroll teams are Richard Pearson, David Hyder, Peter Barrett and Helene Dickinson. All the new Payroll team members are experienced payroll professionals who will be working with the Trace Payroll Services teams who manage payrolls on a day to day basis.
Scott Baker has joined the Trace Payroll Services implementation team. Scott is an experienced project manager and will be using these skills and his payroll expertise to make Organisations that are moving to Trace Managed Payroll as smooth as possible.
Ian Davidson has joined Trace Payroll Services as Sales and Marketing Director to continue to grow the business. Ian has extensive experience working in service sales and marketing. Working to co-ordinate all Sales and Marketing for Trace Payroll Services, Ian will manage payroll service sales operations both in London and the Trace Payroll Services office in Leatherhead.
