New Business Sales Consultant required for Britain's fastest growing managed payroll service provider
- Basic to £35k, OTE £70k
- Home Based (London and/or Northern Home Counties)
The company is expanding its new business sales team and we currently have a position available for a New Business Sales Consultant, whose role will be to secure new Fully Managed Payroll business for the company.
The key accountabilities are:
- Lead Development
- Pipeline Management and forecasting
- Meetings and Demonstrating solution to prospects
- Closing deals and delivering new customers and sales orders.
Essential Experience:
- Proven successful track record in Payroll or HR sales
- Sound knowledge of the Payroll / HR service delivery model
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proven experience of closing and revenue/order generation
- A proactive, self-reliant attitude.
